1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Coin Genie platform (hereinafter referred to as "Coin Genie" or "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using Coin Genie's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Coin Genie is a decentralized application (dApp) that offers users a platform for various blockchain-related services. All users are responsible for their activities on Coin Genie and should manage their private keys securely.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and any device that you utilize in connection with the Service.

4. Restrictions on Minor Person's Use of the Platform

Coin Genie provides token services for adults over the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 that is attempting to use Coin Genie services must not use, access, or continue to access Coin Genie, and must discontinue any use of Coin Genie immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Coin Genie is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Coin Genie does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform, and operation of our Service may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.

6. User Assumes the Risk

The user acknowledges that Coin Genie provides a token creation and management service, and that any risks associated with the creation and management of tokens are assumed by the user. These risks include the total loss of user funds.

Further, the user acknowledges that Coin Genie does not warrant or guarantee any market-based outcomes. The risk of success or failure of any token is borne entirely and exclusively by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

Coin Genie and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coin Genie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to Coin Genie, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

9. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Coin Genie. Coin Genie assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on Coin Genie. Your continued use of Coin Genie after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
